Authenticity

Are your products original?

Yes, DIDIOPTIC sell only authentic products. All glasses / sunglasses come with original package include box, cleaning cloth, certificate, it depends from model to model.

Warranty

Is there a guarantee on the glasses?

All our products have 24 month warranty for production defects.Please, contact us by mail, and sand pictures of defect to support@didioptic.com In any case we can order original spare parts or lenses etc. for you if their still in production.

Return / Refund

How to make a return?

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.In case of return follow to our return policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you cancel order before shipmnet we refound you full amount with shipping costs in 7-10 working days

What the adress for return?

When you fill return form you will get adress for sending glasses

How to get refund?

When we get your order back, we refund you by the same credit card / PayPal account / Shopify account you pay with.

In what terms I get refund?

Basicly we refund you in a 7-10 working days, but it depends from what method you pay with.in some case it depends from you bank, and can be around 30 days.

Do i need return only glasses or full package?

Yes, for return we need to get all components which come with glasses (glasses, box, cleaning cloth, sertrificate, etc)

Delivery

How long delivery takes?

If the glasses are in stock now, we will inform you and send you them in 1 business day.If the glasses are not in stock now, we inform you approximate waiting time by e-mail.

Also terms of delivery indicated near desired glasses that you see at cart.

How do you ship?

We choose the best couriers for safety and fast shipping (UPS, BRT, DHL, Fedex, TNT), the choice depends on the country of destinationPriority service already include in every for each order.

Each order is safely packed to avoid any damage during transportation.

Shipping fees extra EU countries : 10 euro

All over the world : 10 euro

Where is my tracking number?

Once the order reaches the carrier, you will receive an email from the shipping service with a link to track the status of the shipment.
